Pause Policy

  1. Any member with 3, 6, and 12 months of membership is allowed to take 30/45/60 days of membership pause, this pause is  being used from their membership pause balance.
  2.  Any pause must consist of a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30/45/60 days of use either at a stretch or in chunks. Anything less than 5 days isn’t redeemable.
  3. Pausing the membership should be done via a WhatsApp message or an email anytime before the pause starting date. Without the said information from the customer on the said channels, Bohofit will not be liable or even take liberty in assuming that you’re pausing. Your absence from the center is solely your responsibility.
  4. In case of a medical emergency resulting in failing to send a communication, any doctor’s prescription or supporting  medical document(s) needs to be sent to “bohofitdata@gmail.com” to pause. Without which again it cannot be used as a pause.
  5. No backdated pause will be allowed without any prior communication.
  6. Bohofit will not be liable for any injuries caused by any activity during the workouts/sports resulting in injury. If you need to pause because of the said activities, You need to inform us via WhatsApp or Email, without which we will not be taking the liberty to pause your package on your behalf.
  7. Once you renew, your pause balance will be restarting again. No prior pause balance shall be added to your new pause balance.
  8. You mentioning to any one of our staff, trainers, or executives about your pause plan won’t be considered as a pause.
  9. For any pause during Public holiday and the center is closed, the pause is not going to be considered.
