If your provider determines treatment is right for you, it’s delivered in discreet packaging to your shipping address.
Our routine and plan are designed in such a way that you would need to do multiple formats of workouts. This is our suggestion;
For example:
1) Calisthenics should be done with some Yoga;
2) Dance Fitness should be done with some Yoga or Strength training;
3) Kickboxing should be paired with some Calisthenics and so on.
However, if you still want to do any one format you still have to pay the full membership price.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for partially used months or any unused membership portion.
Yes, we offer the option to freeze your membership if you are unable to work out for a certain period. You can pause your plan for 3/6/12 months of the plan. Your minimum pause days have to be for 5 days and the maximum will be 30/45/60 days respectively.
