You can do whichever class you want, as often as possible.
This is a goal-based gym, So based on your need we will make the workout plan for you. We will make a plan for you according to your goal, be it fat loss or toning, or muscle building.
One full-day of trial is free in which you can do 2 - 3 classes,
After doing the trials if you like it you join, or else you don't.
