I only want one exercise, such as Calisthenics or Zumba, Will the membership price be changed? Our routine and plan are designed in such a way that you would need to do multiple formats of workouts. This is our suggestion; For example: 1) Calisthenics should be done with some Yoga; 2) Dance Fitness should be done with some Yoga or Strength training; 3) Kickboxing should be paired with some Calisthenics and so on. However, if you still want to do any one format you still have to pay the full membership price. Can I cancel my membership at any time? Will I get a refund? Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for partially used months or any unused membership portion. Can I freeze my membership if I am unable to work out for a certain period? Yes, we offer the option to freeze your membership if you are unable to work out for a certain period. You can pause your plan for 3/6/12 months of the plan. Your minimum pause days have to be for 5 days and the maximum will be 30/45/60 days respectively. Once you take a trial day you are not eligible to take another trial. You may also need to comply with certain technical requirements to participate in the Sessions. Any memberships/single sessions bought or booked by you are non-transferable and non-refundable . Once you start your membership post the trial session, you cannot change the start date at any event! You can however pause accordingly. For any fitness sessions, You must ensure that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the Sessions. You must understand your physical and medical limits and attend the sessions within the said limits. You agree that participation in the Sessions by their very nature, includes certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and/or any kind of losses. You hereby assert that your participation in the sessions is voluntary and that you knowingly assume all such risks and hence hereby release the Company of all liability arising out of such aforementioned risks. Company does not assume any liability or make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising out of, in connection with, or concerning the Sessions. Any class/session can be changed or altered based on the trainer's availability. Bohofit team shall use best efforts to inform you in advance of such rescheduling or cancellation of sessions, however, Bohofit shall not be responsible in any manner for any inconvenience or loss caused to you as a result of such rescheduling or cancellation. Your sole recourse in case of such rescheduling/cancellations shall be booking an alternate Session. Center managers/Trainers may record audio and/or video of any and all Sessions conducted under digital training or use it on social media. Pause Policy 1. Any member with 3, 6, and 12 months of membership is allowed to take 30/45/60 days of membership pause, this pause is being used from their membership pause balance. 2. Any pause must consist of a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30/45/60 days of use either at a stretch or in chunks. Anything less than 5 days isn’t redeemable. 3. Pausing the membership should be done via a WhatsApp message or an email anytime before the pause starting date. Without the said information from the customer on the said channels, Bohofit will not be liable or even take liberty in assuming that you're pausing. Your absence from the center is solely your responsibility. 4. In case of a medical emergency resulting in failing to send a communication, any doctor's prescription or supporting medical document(s) needs to be sent to “bohofitdata@gmail.com ” to pause. Without which again it cannot be used as a pause. 5. No backdated pause will be allowed without any prior communication. 6. Bohofit will not be liable for any injuries caused by any activity during the workouts/sports resulting in injury. If you need to pause because of the said activities, You need to inform us via WhatsApp or Email, without which we will not be taking the liberty to pause your package on your behalf. 7. Once you renew, your pause balance will be restarting again. No prior pause balance shall be added to your new pause balance. 8. You mentioning to any one of our staff, trainers, or executives about your pause plan won’t be considered as a pause. 9. For any pause during Public holiday and the center is closed, the pause is not going to be considered.
