CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups mostly using body weight or some instruments.
Skills you will learn:
Pull ups, Plyo Pull ups, Pistol Squats, Headstand, Handstand, L Sit, V Sit, Skin the cat, Back lever, Front Lever, Muscle Up, Human Flag, Tuck Planche, Headstand etc.
Recommended workout to add: YOGA or Kick Boxing.
